AI assistant (Cathy): the chat assistant is powered by a third-party AI service. Replies are AI-generated and for general guidance only — not a binding quote or commitment. Contact details you provide are used solely for the V1 team to follow up.
Third-party processors: we may use trusted third-party processors (CRM, email delivery, AI chat, website analytics). Some providers' servers may be located outside Hong Kong; by submitting data you consent to such cross-border transfer.
